I booked The Waterside for 35 people as part of a Conference and it was great from my initial enquiry until the dinner. Abbey was super friendly and helpful - nothing was an issue. We had to select our meals beforehand and Abbey dealt with last minute changes with no fuss. Valentino looked after us during dinner and he was also very friendly. I would highly recommend! Can’t say enough about Abbey and her team. Made me feel special for my celebration from the start of planning to make the day run exceptionally well. Kudos to Valentino who kept the cheer with him assigned to my event. You all rock!

Had my daughter's birthday at the Waterside earlier today, and couldn't speak highly enough about the staff, venue, food etc. The staff we're more than accomadating, especially the male manager but I didn't catch his name. Waiters and waitresses were also nice. We ordered food platters which were really good. The space we had to ourselves was also perfect, nice decor, v comfortable and didn't cost anything to hold, just a deposit.
